COMPLY-TO-CONNECT (C2C) PROGRAM

Jun 2022 - Present

C2C DISA/DoD Comply-to-Connect (C2C) Project Solutions Architect
C2C DISA/DoD Enterprise Reporting Manager (ERM) Project Lead Solutions Architect
C2C DISA/DoD Continuous Monitoring and Risk Scoring (CMRS) Project Lead Solutions Architect

Comply-to-Connect (C2C) enables the Joint Force Headquarters Department of Defense Information Network (JFHQ-DoDIN) to fully understand its security posture and manage its attack surface across millions of devices using complex, heterogeneous networks.

Created advanced automation-based integrations with third-party platforms, network security equipment, endpoints, operational technology (OT), and other mission-critical systems defined by U.S. Cyber Command and protected by Forescout including Internet of Things (IoT) devices and Platform Information Technology (PIT) such as industrial control systems (ICS), weapons systems, autonomous vehicles, and medical gear.

Conceptualized custom integrations and applications and developed them in Python as deliverables to support the C2C initiative and enable features unsupported by the base product that were deemed mission-critical. Enabled aggregation of data, custom endpoint data collection, and aggregation to a single reporting layer and data repository for the Master Endpoint Record (MER), facilitated through the use of Python 3 and REST API concepts. It then supports the Continuous Monitoring and Risk Scoring (CMRS) initiative by reporting all U.S. Cyber Command and Joint Force Headquarters Department of Defense Information Network (JFQH-DoDIN) including the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, Army, Air Force, and 4th Estate networks.
